Chapter One was developed and piloted between 2022 and 2024 through a partnership between two organisations dedicated to reducing the harm gambling causes to society: Gambling with Lives and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority. Following a successful pilot, the programme is now run by GwL to serve people across in the UK
